Tracie Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer of Majestic of the Carolinas, LLC.. She is responsible for overseeing all operations, investment strategies, portfolio and construction management. Ms. Taylor is a North Carolina licensed General Contractor, Real Estate Agent and Insurance Broker. She is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years investment experience in residential, commercial and international development. Ms. Taylor has successfully managed multiple syndication projects and is a former elite trainer for Rich Dad Education.
Felton Wooten
Felton Wooten is the Director of Healthcare Services and Senior Administrator for Majestic of the Carolinas, LLC. A career long eldercare professional with over four decades experience including more than thirty years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, he has overseen facilities ranging from 120 to 360 beds with a combination of skilled nursing and assisted living. A frequent presenter on eldercare topics, abuse prevention of the elderly and caring for people with dementia, Felton is author of the books My Daddy the Other Parent, Daddy Does Care and How Not to Run A Business, the CD A Guide on Care Giving for the Elderly and the DVD Abuse Prevention of the Elderly.
Steven K. Washington
Steven (Steve) K. Washington is the Chief Financial Officer for Majestic of the Carolinas, LLC. Mr. Washington has proven expertise as a real estate developer construction manager. He is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Office of Community Planning and Development. He was the Director of the Northwest Corridor Community Development Corporation, a not-for-profit organization in Charlotte, where he provided oversight for the construction of a sixty unit senior housing facility, a single family housing subdivision and management of 200+ rental housing units. He was a Real Estate loan officer with Bank of America.
Fred Foster
Coach Fred “The Hammer” Foster is the Corporate Marketing & Development Director for Majestic of the Carolinas, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing marketing, public relations and business development. Coach Fred is a successful fitness professional, author, seminar leader, corporate trainer, keynote speaker and host of The Extreme Health Radio Show. Founder and CEO of the Fred Foster Fitness Company, Inc., the leading fitness consulting company in the Washington metropolitan area offering personal fitness training, group fitness instruction, sports specific conditioning programs, pre and post rehabilitation services, worksite wellness programs and wellness seminars, Coach Fred has helped thousands of people and organizations improve their health and wellbeing for nearly four decades. A former major college football player, Coach Fred earned his nickname “The Hammer” for his aggressive play at the strong safety position as a member of the 1983 University of Miami Hurricanes national championship team.
Audrey Wineglass Foster
Audrey Wineglass Foster currently serves as the Operations & Marketing Coordinator for Majestic of the Carolinas, LLC. She is a Research Administrator and a Change Management Specialist having served the deaf and hard of hearing community in a variety of roles. Retired after 30 years, Ms. Foster is the former Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs and Assistant Dean at Gallaudet University, the only liberal arts college in the world exclusively devoted to deaf students, she was responsible for securing tens of millions of dollars for the University to further ensure the intellectual and professional advancement of deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Ms. Foster was a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators and in 2022 she was a Cayuse Community Champion Award Honorable Mention winner. She is also a voice actor and produces voiceover work for a wide range of projects.
Ramona Davis
Ramona Davis is the Community Engagement & Investor Relations Officer for Majestic of the Carolinas LLC. Retired after more than 30 years in the banking industry, she is a former Assistant Vice President and Site Manager at Wells Fargo Bank overseeing every level of operations from human resources, budgets, forecasting, risk management, compliance, safety and security systems, commercial accounts, vendor relations, payment processing and customer service. Ms. Davis began her career as a file clerk at Mechanics and Farmers Bank, working her way up the ladder from teller to teller supervisor, new accounts, loan support and finally operations management.
